These Terms of Service (Terms) are the agreement between you and Dreambig Brand EOOD, which operates Postlocal (we, us, our). They govern your access to Postlocal and the publishing, account-setup, scheduling and related services we provide. 2. The service
Postlocal helps customers operate and publish content to TikTok accounts selected for supported markets. We may set up accounts, receive and review content, schedule posts, and provide publication updates. TikTok is an independent platform; Postlocal is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or controlled by TikTok.
You remain responsible for your business, your content, the accuracy of information you give us, and compliance with applicable law and TikTok's rules. We do not promise views, reach, engagement, conversions, account verification, or a particular business result.
3. Accounts, access and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised use. You may use the service only for lawful commercial or professional purposes and may not interfere with the service, circumvent limits, resell access without our written permission, or use the service to infringe another person's rights.
You grant us the limited rights needed to store, review, prepare, schedule and publish the content you submit for the service. You confirm that you hold all permissions, licences, releases and rights needed for us to do so.
4. Content review and prohibited content
We may review, refuse, remove, pause or cancel any account setup or post where we reasonably believe it could breach law, platform rules, these Terms, or put an account at risk. We may ask for changes before publishing. This is a protective service measure, not legal advice or a complete compliance review.
We will reject sexual or sexually explicit content and content that promotes, facilitates or is connected with scams, fraud, deceptive offers, phishing, impersonation, or other dishonest operations. Our Content Policy gives more detail and forms part of these Terms.
5. Fees, renewal and cancellation
Fees, billing frequency, any setup charge and included posting limits are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for each billing period until cancelled through the billing portal or by contacting us before the next renewal date. Except for the guarantee below or where mandatory law says otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal. Where legally required before immediate delivery of a paid service, we will obtain the required separate request and acknowledgement.
6. Account restriction money-back guarantee
If a TikTok account set up or managed through Postlocal is shadowbanned or banned by TikTok while you are an active paying customer, tell us at hello@postlocal.io within 14 days of becoming aware of it. After we verify the restriction, we will refund the fees paid for the affected account for the current paid billing period, including its applicable setup fee if the restriction occurs before its first successful publication.
This guarantee does not apply where the restriction results from your content, instructions, credentials, prior account history, breach of these Terms or TikTok's rules, unlawful activity, or a refusal to follow a requested content change. The refund is the remedy for that restriction and does not cover lost revenue, advertising spend, indirect loss, or third-party costs. See the Refund Policy for the process.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and cancel renewal as described above. We may suspend or terminate access immediately where reasonably necessary to protect an account, our service, other users, or comply with law or platform requirements. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, limitations of liability and dispute terms, continue after termination.
8. Liability and changes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postlocal is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or lost-profit damages. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid for the affected account in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We may update these Terms when the service, law or our operations change. We will post the updated version here and, where a material change affects you, give reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law and contact
Bulgarian law governs these Terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Courts with mandatory jurisdiction under applicable law remain competent. Questions or notices should be sent to hello@postlocal.io.
