Protecting the accounts we operate
Postlocal reviews submitted content to help protect the TikTok accounts we set up and manage. You are responsible for every video, caption, claim, link and instruction you submit. We may decline, request changes to, delay or remove content at our discretion where we believe it risks an account, violates law or platform rules, or conflicts with this policy.
Content we do not accept
- Sexual, sexually explicit, pornographic or exploitative content, including content involving minors.
- Scams, fraud, phishing, impersonation, deceptive claims, fake offers, pyramid schemes or other dishonest operations.
- Illegal goods or services, instructions to break the law, dangerous acts, hate, harassment, threats or violent extremist content.
- Copyright, trade-mark, privacy or publicity-right violations, including content you do not have permission to publish.
- Misleading health, financial, investment, gambling, alcohol, tobacco, medication or regulated-product claims or promotions.
- Anything that breaches TikTok rules, applicable law, or the rights of another person.
What happens if content is rejected
We may explain the concern and invite a compliant revision where practical. We are not required to publish content that we consider unsafe or non-compliant. Repeated or serious violations may lead to suspension or termination under the Terms of Service. This policy is not exhaustive and does not replace your obligation to comply with law and platform rules.
